End user license agreement (EULA)

1. Subject

This agreement governs the use of the audio plugins of Trendform Audio, a brand of Trendform GmbH (“we”), including textures, presets and documentation (“software”). By installing the software, you accept this agreement.

2. License

With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable right to use the software for private and commercial music production. The license is for one person. You may activate the software on as many of your own computers as stated on the product page.

3. Your music is yours

Audio you create with the software belongs to you. You may release, sell and exploit it without further license fees, even if the included textures are audible in it. You may not redistribute or sell the textures on their own, for example as a sample pack or sound library.

4. Trial

Without a license key, the software runs as a full 7-day trial for evaluation before purchase. After that, it passes the signal through unchanged and without texture until a license key is entered.

5. Activation

The software is activated once online with your license key and then occasionally checks the license when a connection is available. Without a connection it keeps working for at least 30 days. You can free activations in your customer account at any time and move them to other computers. The data transmitted is described in our privacy policy.

6. Restrictions

You may not pass on, rent, lend or publicly share the software or license keys, circumvent the copy protection, or decompile or modify the software, except where permitted by § 69e of the German Copyright Act or other mandatory law.

7. Termination

The license ends if the purchase price is refunded or if you seriously breach this agreement. Music you created until then is not affected.

8. Warranty, liability, law

Warranty and liability are governed by our terms of sale. German law applies.
